Woohoo! Never drew anything this big EVER! I’m so glad for all these challenges and contest thingies on tumblr. I’d be way too lazy to try anything like this otherwise.
Also thanks to tracionn and Marije for cheering me on when I felt like I couldn’t do this at all and hated on everything.
Oh and I nicked the pattern of John’s chair from this wallpaper here wich is from the same collection as the infamous Sherlock wallpaper. I thought that was fitting and I really couldn’t figure out what sort of pattern was going on on that chair.
Overall I used tons of reference pictures from all over the place. It’s nice that there are so many nice shots of 221b.
